FEES 

• By submitting your information or making payment for the lessons, you agree to fully abide by the Terms & Conditions of ROCKTONE MUSIC CHAMBER PTE LTD.
• All fees and deposits paid are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Discounted Package lessons are charged at 12-lessons cycle per term.
• Additional $5 per lesson will be charged for non-package lessons.
• Fees must be paid by the first lesson of each new term.
• Regardless of outstanding make-up lessons, student must pay their fees promptly beginning of each new term.
• Late payment fee of $15 will be levied.
• The school reserved its right to suspend lessons indefinitely until full payment is settled.

POSTPONEMENT and MAKE-UP LESSON

• All communication regarding lesson matters by Whatsapp only. Please download app here https://www.whatsapp.com/download
• Students must complete the package of 12 lessons by the 16th week from the first (1st) lesson.
• Student must postpone the lesson one day in advance. Make up lesson is available. Student must book their make up lesson.
• Unattended make-up lessons will not be replaced. Unless proof of absent without demand is provided (subject to approval)
• At least one day advance booking for make up lessons.
• Make-up lessons can be arranged on separate day or same day lesson with extended time to rostered lesson.
• Students must book a date for make-up lesson.
• All postponement of lesson MUST be Whatsapp or Sms to 8268 4648.
• Failure to inform the school in advance with Whatsapp or SMS text will result in cancellation of lesson.
• Postpone on lesson day is disallowed unless proof of absent without demand is provided (subject to approval).
• Approved unattended lessons will be roll-over. The maximum of 4 roll-over lessons per term.
• Students are to keep track and arrange for their own make-up lessons.
• When students missed 2 consecutive lessons, they must rebooked their regular time-slot.

TERMINATION OF LESSON

• Students must give at least one lesson advance notice.
• Upon termination of the course, the last lesson is not allowed to be extended.

IMPORTANT MATTERS

• By submitting your information in the forms, you acknowledge and accept the terms for us to collect, store, use, disclose and/or process all your personal data submitted for marketing and promotional purposes. You also agree for us to contact you via call/text/email for school-related purposes.
• Your photographs, audio-videos or other recordings may be taken during lessons or events for use by us in promotional brochures, event publicity and other related purposes.
• Please inform us immediately if any change in your contactable mobile number and email address.

• The school reserved its rights to substitute or replace instructors whenever necessary without prior notice.
• Rocktonemcpl reserves all rights to the interpretation of these Terms & Conditions. Rocktonemcpl reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion to amend, delete, modify or vary any of the provisions of these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
