There are regular package and dedicated teacher package.
Dedicated teacher package will get same teacher for all lessons. Please pay additional $10/lesson.
Regular package – school has the rights to relief teacher or replace teacher under necessary circumstances.
Pacakages has expiry date. Package in 6-lessons (valid for 10 weeks) and 12-lessons (valid for 18 weeks).
Ala-carte or Crash course (no cancellation allowed). Will get same teacher for the whole course. $70/30mins lesson.

By submitting your information and/or making payment. You have understand and agree to fully abide by the Terms.
All fees paid are non-transferable and non-refundable.
No deposit required.
Fees must be paid before the last lesson of the package to secure the reserved time slot.

Please complete all make-up lesson by the expiry date of the package.
Confirmation of booking of time slot upon confirmation of payment.
Late payment fee of $15 will be levied.
The school reserved its right to suspend lessons indefinitely until full payment is settled.
The school has the rights to review and adjust its pricing without prior notice.

All postponement of lesson or school matter MUST be Whatsapp to 8268 4648.

All lessons in the package must be completed by the expiry date.
6-lesson package by the 10th week. !2-lesson package by the 18th week.
Make up lesson only when advance notice (at least 1(one)-day during operation hour is given.
There is no auto-roll over lessons. Student must book date and time for their make up lesson within the validity date.
Present without demand of Medical leave or proof of absent entitled to make up lesson (subject to approval)
Postpone on scheduled lesson day is disallowed unless proof of absent without demand is provided (subject to approval).
When students missed 2 consecutive lessons, they must rebooked their lesson time slot before returning to class.

Parents and guardians are not allowed to accompany the student during lesson in the studio.
By submitting your information in the forms, you acknowledge and accept the terms for us to collect, store, use, disclose and/or process all your personal data submitted for marketing and promotional purposes. You also agree for us to contact you via call/text/email for school-related purposes.
Your photographs, audio-videos or other recordings may be taken during lessons or events for use by us in promotional brochures, event publicity and other related purposes.
Please inform us immediately if any change in your contactable mobile number and email address.

Rocktonemcpl reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion to amend, delete, modify or vary any of the provisions of these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
All students to download CLASSCARD STUDENT app for their lesson schedules.
Students must inform the school if there is any discrepancies in the lesson schedules.
